Learning Tips part 1

This page will give some tips on how to learn the seemingly endless lists of words. Some of the techniques may not be considered politically correct, however keep in mind these tips are not the author's ideas but are time tested techniques.

Tip 1> The ONLY adjective in the dictionary ending in ILE e.g. agile, hostile, sterile, fertile, etc. which has a comparitive or superlative form is VILE. VILE, VILER, VILEST. All others do not !!!

Tip 2> Lets say you want to learn all the three letter words that start with KA_. Well do you remember your first high school crush? Yep thats right I am talking about Betsy F. So if you take each letter in Betsy F and put it after KA you will get all the words i.e.

Kab, Kae, Kat, Kas, Kay, Kaf

Tip 3> Now how about the three letter words that end with _AE. For this you need to be on a little secret and that is "Gloria Has Kissed More Navy Sailors Than Wanda". Now that you know that, take all the first letters and put them before AE, i.e.

Gae, Hae, Kae, Mae, Nae, Sae, Tae, Wae

Tip 4> All the AE words take an s at the end except for N, S, T. How to remember that? hmmmmm.... maybe there is " No Such Thing" as a 's' at the end of Nae, Sae and Tae.

Tip 5> Are you a Simpson Fan? To become an expert scrabble player you will have to become a Simpson fan, for I am discovering a mysterious relationship between scrabble and the Simpsons. Since "Homer Simpson Lost" is a safe bet, you can be assured of remembering all the AA_ words ie

Aah, Aas, Aal

Tip 6>Do you remember the Simpsons episode where "Homer Simpson Kisses Patsy"? Well neither do I. But I do know the AS_ words

Ash, Ass, Ask, Asp

Tip 7>We all know the famous "Awwwwwww" in sitcoms and talk shows when a person Z professes his or her love to the other person who by the way is not in love with person Z. So "An Enigmatic Love Nest" is the way to remember AW_ words

Awa, Awe, Awl, Awn

Tip 8> AT_ Seven o clock "Eastern Time" everybody won a million dollars. Nope no one won the lottery but you can remember the AT_ words, i.e

Ate, Att

Tip 9> For the religious people _OH words will be easy to remember, since "Forget Not Our Prayers" is a valid concern of all religious people

Foh, Noh, Ooh, Poh

Tip 10> Since "Dolores Loves More Navy Sailors Than Rachel ", we should not have a problem remembering the AI_ words
